In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will encompass cultivating and expanding relationships with key decision-makers across various tiers of our clients' organizations. Your astute identification of prospects and adept positioning of Launch's technology consultants and professional services will be integral to your success. A robust customer-centric mindset and a profound grasp of strategic account management will guide your interactions. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in conveying client prerequisites to our internal teams, contributing to talent acquisition, evaluating recommended consultants, and offering invaluable feedback. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our clientele's experience, contribute to our growth trajectory, and be an integral part of our mission to provide exceptional solutions and services.
- Generate revenue and attain quota from new business development and existing clients.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Launch Consulting methodologies, case studies, and partnerships and present differentiated positioning to all levels of management.
- Develop and adhere to a sales plan for targeting and penetrating new business.
- Complete all aspects of the business development cycle including prospecting/cold calls, presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation and relationship development.
- Identify and pursue association memberships within the business community to promote Launch Consulting and develop business for the company.
- Work closely with active and new clients in acquiring and prioritizing client’s IT requirements.
- Provide detailed requirements/information to internal employees.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the hiring process.
- Utilize a CRM database in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 5-8 years’ of business development, sales, or account management
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical & negotiation experience
- Knowledge of Internet and Web technologies
- Understanding of the local business environment
- BA/BS in Business, Management, or related field
- The ideal candidate will have current expertise developing an IT solutions business coupled with exceptional relationship management skills.
- Proven capability in developing business for delivery of Internet, Intranet, Extranet, software and/or professional consulting services
- Must be able to identify key decision-makers within organizations, present a clear, concise case for partnering with Launch and close business through superior customer service.
- Must be able to develop strong relationships with all levels of internal and external management and be comfortable negotiating terms of business in both fast-paced entrepreneurial and large-scale organizations.

The anticipated base wage range for this role is $70,000-$110,000 + uncapped commission potential.
