The Role:
Our Management Consulting studio is growing as we continue to partner with fun and notable clients on a global level. We’re helping them address real challenges/opportunities by delivering on unique people and process-focused solutions. Within our Organizational Effectiveness & Change discipline, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile change professional with deep expertise using data to nimbly guide organizations through complex change using people-focused strategies that align with business values and operational strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for people and a unique ability to develop and deliver innovative change solutions that achieve seamless integration and sustained adoption.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop organizational effectiveness efforts tailored for small-to-mid-sized transformation programs.
  • Apply a change management methodology to facilitate change adoption across various levels of the organization.
  • Conduct adoption and organizational readiness assessments to measure capacity and readiness for change.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments to understand challenges and change drivers, informing the comprehensive implementation strategy.
  • Review and analyze existing processes, identifying pain points, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and provide guidance for effective strategies yielding positive outcomes.
  • Execute the design, development, delivery, and management of stakeholder engagement activities and change communications using diverse modalities (e.g., print, web, multimedia) to enhance stakeholder's acceptance of change.
  • Collaborate closely with change leaders and sponsors to cultivate strong change leadership practices that support successful organizational change.
  • Partner with learning and development teams to ensure an integrated approach to training deliverables.
  • Work closely with program management teams and initiative leads to integrate change vision, strategy, enablement activities, and communications for effective delivery and execution.
  • Utilize data to inform the development of people-centered assets and strategies.
  • Employ adoption success metrics to continuously refine and improve deliverables.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Certified in change management methodologies, tools, and innovative organizational effectiveness practices.
  • Skilled in facilitating strategy, visioning, and design workshops.
  • Demonstrates organizational agility and the ability to influence at all levels within the company.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in facilitating large groups.
  • Thrives in complex change environments with matrixed structures.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team to drive results.
  • Efficiently manages portfolios of activities, sets priorities, and meets competing.
Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated wage range for this role is $120,000-$150,000. Experience and skillset will be highly considered, and we are happy to discuss your wage expectations in more detail throughout our internal interview process.
